President & Founder

Zach McCrea, president and founder of Trojan Financial Solutions, entered the financial services industry in 1998 while obtaining his Master of Business Administration degree from USC’s Marshall School of Business.  After working several years as a senior loan officer and real estate manager, Zach became a licensed broker and founded Trojan in 2002.  Since then, Zach has built a staff of professionals who personify his core values of customer service, results, and integrity. 

Since Trojan’s inception, Zach has utilized his experience in business development and real estate to successfully adapt his company’s service offerings to the ever changing financial services market. With the help of his team, Zach has helped over 2,000 clients achieve their financial dreams.

Zach is a Southern California native, an active USC alum, and enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 year old son.

Elaine Juezan started in the mortgage business in 2001 and has worked for both direct lenders and mortgage brokering institutions. She has spent her time in several departments developing her extensive overall knowledge of every facet of the mortgage lending industry. Elaine obtained her Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Cal State Fullerton and holds her California real estate and notary licenses. She is responsible for the day to day processing and compliance needs for Trojan Financial Solutions. Elaine is a wife and mother of two who loves spending her with her family and travelling.
